Fully compliant! Our fire doors are Class A (≥1.5h), Class B (≥1.0h), and Class C (≥0.5h) rated, precisely matching EU BS EN 1634 and North American NFPA 80 standards; we can provide a complete set of test reports and fire protection certification certificates, and support customs inspection and third-party re-inspection in the destination country.

The doors and windows come standard with multi-chamber thermal insulation profiles and Low-E double-glazed tempered glass, with a heat transfer coefficient (U-value) as low as 1.8 W/(㎡·K). Some series have passed Energy Star certification and fully meet the requirements of the EU ErP energy efficiency directive. Energy efficiency test reports can be provided to help projects file for energy conservation.

The oxide film is 10μm-25μm thick. After sealing treatment, it can withstand more than 1000 hours of neutral salt spray test and 3000 hours of UV aging test. It will not fade or peel off after 15 years of outdoor use. It can be used in severe cold of -40℃, high temperature of 50℃ and coastal high salt spray environment, with stable and reliable performance.

The railings conform to the American ASTM F1996 and European Union EN 13374 standards, with a horizontal impact load resistance of ≥1.0kN, a standard post spacing of ≤1.2m, and a balcony railing height of ≥1.1m. They can be optimized according to child safety regulations, adding anti-climb crossbars and anti-pinch structures, making them suitable for residential, school, shopping mall and other public settings.

From aluminum alloy profiles and surface treatment agents to hardware accessories, everything is certified by EU REACH, RoHS and US California Proposition 65, and contains no heavy metals, phthalates or other harmful substances; Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and environmental testing reports can be provided.

The windproof roller shutter door has a wind resistance rating of up to level 12. It adopts reinforced guide rails and thickened curtains, which can withstand the impact of strong winds with a wind speed of ≥32.7m/s and is suitable for hurricane-prone areas in North America and Southeast Asia. The anti-theft model is equipped with an anti-pry lock body and stainless steel lock tongue, which meets UL anti-theft standards and combines safety and practicality.

Oxidation coating offers the strongest corrosion resistance (suitable for coastal/highly corrosive environments) and a natural texture; fluorocarbon coating boasts the best weather resistance (no aging for 20 years outdoors) and a wide range of color options; powder coating offers high cost-effectiveness (suitable for indoor/general outdoor scenarios). We can provide process selection advice based on the usage environment and budget.

It can interface with CAD, Revit and other drawing formats to achieve full customization of parameters such as door and window/railing dimensions, opening method (casement/sliding/tilt-in), glass configuration (insulated/laminated/bulletproof), and shape (curved/carved/irregular shape); surface treatment options include oxidation coloring, wood grain transfer, fluorocarbon spraying and other processes to meet the personalized needs of projects.

The MOQ for aluminum alloy doors and windows/railings is 10㎡, and the MOQ for anodizing and coloring is 500kg. Small batch sampling is supported, with a minimum sample size of 1㎡ for doors and windows/railings and a minimum sample size of 10kg for anodizing and coloring. The sampling period is 3-5 working days, and the sampling fee can be fully deducted from subsequent bulk orders.

We can provide 1:1 physical samples, clearly showing the core details such as profile thickness, surface treatment, and hardware accessories; samples are sent via DHL/FedEx international express, with a delivery time of 3-7 days, and the shipping cost can be negotiated and borne by us or included in the cost of bulk orders; we support sample confirmation of consistency with the bulk order quality.

We support designated internationally renowned hardware brands such as Roto, HOPO, GU, and Siegenia. The delivery cycle for regular models is 7-10 working days, while special models require confirmation 15 working days in advance. Hardware accessories are covered by warranty as well as the products to ensure overall performance matching.

We can process various irregular-shaped aluminum alloy parts, and use customized special fixtures to ensure uniform coloring. The cost will increase by 5%-15% depending on the complexity of the irregular shape, and the delivery time will be extended by 2-3 working days. We can provide drawings for free quotation and process plan.

We support various payment methods including wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), Western Union, and PayPal (for small orders). For L/C payments, we accept both sight and deferred payment letters of credit. We provide a complete set of negotiation documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certification, etc.) to ensure secure payment and a smooth process.

After placing an order, a dedicated order tracking link is provided to update the production progress in real time (raw material procurement → processing → assembly → quality inspection → shipment); key processes (such as anodizing and coloring, glass assembly) support live video inspection or high-definition photo feedback to ensure that the product meets the order requirements.

The packaging features five layers of protection: PE protective film, bubble wrap, pearl cotton, export standard carton, and IPPC/ISPM 15 fumigated wooden pallet. The edges are reinforced with hardened plastic corner protectors to prevent damage during transport. A formal fumigation certificate can be provided to ensure smooth customs clearance at the destination port and prevent the wooden packaging from being detained.

Orders over 50,000 dollars enjoy a 3% discount, orders over 100,000 dollars enjoy a 5% discount, and orders over 200,000 dollars can negotiate tiered discounts; long-term cooperative clients (annual purchase volume ≥ 500,000 dollars) can enjoy exclusive policies such as priority production scheduling, free sampling, and shipping fee reduction.

Parameters can be modified free of charge before order production; modifications during production will incur a 5%-20% modification fee, depending on material loss and process adjustments, to be negotiated based on the specific modifications; it is recommended to confirm the final drawings before placing an order to avoid affecting the delivery date.

We support sea freight (20-40 days, cost-effective, suitable for bulk orders), air freight (5-10 days, fast replenishment), and international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 3-7 days, for samples or urgent orders). Shipping costs are calculated based on the quantity, volume, and destination of the goods. We provide transparent quotations and can assist in selecting the optimal logistics solution.

We can provide a complete customs clearance document package, including commercial invoices (proforma/original), packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin (CO/Form A/Form E), product testing reports, certification certificates, fumigation certificates, material safety data sheets (SDS), etc., and can customize document formats according to the requirements of the destination country.

The default price is FOB China port price, and the customer shall bear the customs duties, value-added tax and other taxes in the destination country; we can provide a reference for the estimated customs duties based on the customs code (HS Code) of the destination country, assist customers in preparing customs clearance documents, and provide support for large orders by connecting with local customs clearance agents.

The standard customization cycle for aluminum alloy doors, windows, and railings is 7-15 working days, and the anodizing and coloring process takes 7-10 working days. International logistics takes 3-40 days (depending on the method). For expedited orders, a 10%-20% expedited fee will be charged. The product production cycle can be shortened to 3-5 working days, and logistics can be prioritized.

Fire doors have a 2-year warranty, aluminum alloy doors and windows/railings have a 5-year warranty, anodized coloring has a 1-year warranty, and hardware accessories have a 5-year warranty. During the warranty period, for non-human-caused damage, repair parts can be obtained free of charge (shipped via international express). Video guidance for repair or coordination with local service providers for on-site handling is supported.

We provide free English installation manuals, 3D installation video tutorials, and technical consultations; for large-scale projects, we can dispatch professional technicians to provide on-site installation guidance. Related travel and visa expenses will be borne by both parties through negotiation, and the installation period will be flexibly adjusted according to the project scale.

Please provide photos of the damage, order number, and a description of the problem within 7 business days of receiving the goods. After verification: non-human-caused damage will be replaced free of charge; for model/quality issues, you can choose to remake the product free of charge, return it for a refund, or have it discounted, with the relevant shipping costs borne by us.

We offer lifetime maintenance and consultation services, and provide a free English maintenance manual (including cleaning, maintenance, hardware lubrication, surface protection, etc.). Parts can be ordered via email or the official website, and regular parts will be shipped within 72 hours to ensure long-term normal use of the product.
